How to Ride with Sunshine
Three simple steps to get set up. Most riders are ready to book within minutes.
1. Enroll in RTD Access-on-Demand
If you haven't already, complete RTD's enrollment form and review the program page.
2. Tell RTD you would like to ride with Sunshine.
Select Sunshine Rides as your provider during or after enrollment.

Wheelchair-Accessible Rides, Built In
Sunshine offers wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAV) as a standard part of the AOD program. Select WAV when you book, by app or by phone.

PRICING
Fares and Your RTD Subsidy
Pay in-vehicle at the end of your ride. Your RTD subsidy is applied automatically. You're responsible for your co-pay and anything above the subsidy.
Sunshine Fares
Pickup: $6.00
Per mile: $4.00
Waiting / extra stop: $2.00/min
Extra rider: $2.00
Airport fee: $20
No-show / cancel fee: $6.00
Cleaning fee (light / deep): $50 / $100
RTD Co-Pay
Standard RTD fare: $4.50/trip
LiVE program fare: $2.25/trip
Under 19: No fare

Before, During & After Your Ride
Booking
• Have your Access-on-Demand ID number ready
• Have pickup and drop-off addresses ready
• You'll get an estimated price including your RTD credit
• Confirmation arrives within 5 minutes
During Your Ride
• Bring your Access-on-Demand ID card
• Match the license plate before boarding
• Curb-to-curb only - drivers can't go to your door or carry items inside
• Personal items, service animals, and well-behaved pets welcome (cleaning fees may apply)
• No smoking, eating or drinking
Payment
• Pay at the end of your ride via in-car device
• Tap card / phone
• Digital wallets and prepaid debit cards encouraged
